Atlas Stadium: Neon City Nights

Atlas Stadium: Neon City Nights is the first release of what I think of as the Modern Age - The music I am making now, and the reason my older material is not on this site. I wanted to open that era with the biggest thing I could imagine: not a quiet start, but a stadium already full and waiting, the house lights dropping and a neon city rising up over the crowd.

Picture the moment the show begins - The roar of a crowd you cannot see the end of, a molten world held glowing above the stage, and the first note landing like a firework. That is the record. A virtual stadium built out of light, and the sound of an era opening at full volume.

This is the boldest, most electric music I have released - Neon synths, pulsing beats and choruses built to be sung by thousands at once, the sound of a city at night with the lights all the way up. It is anthemic and unapologetically big, made to fill a stadium that only exists once you press play.

It is its own world, and it stays that way. The Atlas Stadium neon skyline lives here and only here - A self-contained spectacle sitting alongside the other records I am making, each one a different world of its own.

I draw a line in my catalogue: the Modern Age is everything I am making now, and Atlas Stadium: Neon City Nights is the first release of it. It is why the site starts here rather than with my earliest work - This is where the story I want to tell begins.
